AATIDHA AISIRA

On Tuesday, August 6, Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara School in Ashoknagar hosted the ‘Aatida Aisiri’ event. The chief guest was Mr. Ian Thomas, CEO in London and Executive Director of Multi-Academy Educational Institute. In his address, Mr. Thomas praised Tulu Nadu’s rich cultural heritage. The event featured various traditional performances by students, including Kambala, Koli Atta, Yakshagana, Suggi Nritya, Kangilu, and Hulivesha. Mrs. Joy Jeevan Rai, the school’s Principal, highlighted the importance of preserving and nurturing these cultural traditions for future generations. The event was attended by school administrator Mrs. Shruta Jitesh, educational coordinator Mrs. Usha Hegde, and both teaching and non-teaching staff. Teacher Sarita P. welcomed the guests, Soumya K. offered a vote of thanks, and Ashapriya and Rakshit Bajal served as hosts for the evening.
